Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped . The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cubewerkz is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Cubewerkz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 We do currently ship outside of Singapore.

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally for orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, provided card security checks are complete, payment is received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Standard delivery times for products “in stock” is 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Suitable replacements will be provided if a request is raised within 7-days of product delivery except for the following:

  1. Items that have been used or opened
  2. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  3. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.

However, there is a possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of the item is made within the stipulated time-frame of 7-days. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above 

Customers may be asked for providing photographic or video evidence for claims made for replacements for verification purposes, failing to provide such evidence to verify the claims within 7 days of being asked for it will lead to rejection of the claim and no replacements will be provided under such circumstances.

Any eligible refunds will be issued only after verification of the claims and after we have physically received and checked the product sent to us by the customer as per the policies given below.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Popping of cubes and corner twists are not covered and no replacements/returns will be given for this reason. Scratches in stickerless versions of cubes are also not covered under this policy. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us or we will do a reverse pick up for the same. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. 

Our Replacement Policy:

  • Replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery of the product/products.
  • There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items which fulfilled the reasons mentioned above.
